Dude, this post is OVER 2 years old – comments should be closed. I’m running a 1 gig card not in use at the time of the post that is already not available anymore for purchase ANYWHERE.

What v-card are you running? and how much ram? Would what Revlis is using be the way to go 2560×1024 using geforce 7950 GX2 1 gig video card?

I think Im screwed then I have a Sager Laptop with ATI Radeon 9600 PRO graphics, with 1gig of Ram which I will be upgrading to 2 gigs in the next two weeks but I dont think the extra ram will be enough to get it to run smoothly.

If you have on-board video, you’re screwed. Video cards will be the best improvement, with sytem memory coming in second. I run 5-13fps for now.

Thanks alot I got it. Only thing now is if I span WOW even 1 inch into the monitor everything is slower than slowmotion
Any tips on speeding it up or what computer upgrade would help.
