It was dangerous. I wouldn't recommend it. A site finally said that all you need to do is re-install SP2. Doh! I deleted the uninstall info right away. I installed SP3-RC2 and crossed my fingers. So many problems went away, including a decreasing framerate. I haven't changed the keywords in over a year. If they are tagging me, they are just going along the trend of every other military site.
