I grouped up with some people last night for the Ring of Blood quests given by Gurgthock in Nagrand. We only took down Brokentoe before the Alliance showed up with 6 level 70 epic’d dudes. My goal is simple:

Besides that, you receive over 70k XP and 70g during the round of fights, and not spread out over the group, because they are all quest turn-ins and rewards. I’m going to give this a crack every night until I get done with them all. It was a lot of fun to heal again.
AND you’ll get 20 big health or mana pots.
Cool. I saw one of the rewards had a cloth, another was a ring or trinket, another didn’t have anything good for me except to DE, and the pots. I can’t believe how much money and XP goes with them. That was all our party leader needed to say to get people to join the group.
I’ve donned my healing gear and programmed Klik and I’m ready to go now. I can’t wait to get home.
